This spacious apartment features a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with stainless steel GE Profile appliances. The Azul Paraíso development has a beautiful and unique pool for each separate building within the complex. As a result, your pool is shared only with five other units within your building to allow for maximum privacy.
Ocotal Beach is only a five-minute drive away and is where the popular Father Rooster’s restaurant and Azul Paraíso’s private beach lounge are located. The condo is only a 10-minute drive to Playas del Coco, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Taxi services are available to Playas del Coco, which is only 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR).
Working in Costa Rica
We have created this space for employees to be able to work if they'd like while visiting Costa Rica. The wi-fi setup in the condo is plenty fast. Cell phone service is spotty, however, if you set your phone up with wi-fi calling, it won't be an issue. There is an extra portable computer screen available in the space along with two desks in the extra two bedrooms, a long kitchen table, and a countertop bar space. One of the best spots to work is in the morning, on the deck looking out over the ocean (it does start to warm up in the afternoon). Note that Costa Rica does not practice Daylight Savings. In the fall and winter months, you will be dealing with Central Standard Time (CST) and Mountain Standard Time (MST) during our spring and summer months.

Things to Know Ahead of Time
-
The master bath has a rain shower head and a regular shower head on the shower wall. For the wall shower, the hot and cold are switched. Make sure it is set all the way to cold for it to get hot. The rain shower head works normally.
-
The queen guest bedroom shower has the same issue. Hot and cold are switched. You will need to be all the way cold to get a hot shower.
-
For some of the room air conditioners, you will see that the wall panel does not work. You will need to use the handheld remotes. If you need to shut the unit off, point the remote directly under the unit for it to work.
-
You will hear a shuffling sound at night if the air conditioning units are on. It is just the condensation in the unit, not someone trying to come into your room. :-)
-
Note that if you are traveling with other people, they can "kind of" see through the master bath shades at night, if the lights are all on and you are in the shower or bath. Just an FYI.
